購物保障
注:
- 所有貨品都以實物拍攝,絕無虛擬成分,顧客可以放心購買。
- 貨物在出廠加工及運送途中或會留下少量瑕痴,此屬正常現象,建議追求百份百完美主義者明白及考慮清楚才購買。
- 本店設有三天的購物保障,顧客有權退換問題貨品。
- 在本公司購買的產品,均設有清潔(保養)服務,客人必須保留收據及預約同事來到觀塘辦公室清潔產品(保養)。
- 退換必須於三天內以電郵(info@liveunme.com) 我們客服人員聯絡登記及了解情況,愈期絕不受理。
- 所有退換產品,郵費需由閣下支付。
- 買滿HKD500免速遞運費(香港)。未滿HKD500則須付運費HKD20。
- 若貨品訂購後出現缺貨,顧客可選購同等價格的貨品。
- 某些售罄貨品可接受訂購(顧客須下50%的訂金)
- 為避免以上情況發生而耽誤購物程序,建議先向店員查詢有關貨品的存貨情況。
退貨條款
1. 本店只受理貨品損壞或與描述不乎之退貨申請。
2. 如遇尺碼不乎,本店接受一次性更換同款貨物,顧客不能以其他款式作更換。
3. 所有退換貨品必須從未經穿著/使用/磨損及附有包裝。若貨品因顧客使用不當、人為造成破壞及不完整,本店絕不退換。
4. 除貨品出現缺貨情況或上述情況,否則本店不作退款。
5. 如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。
